Three Questions Guests Ask First
Before writing to the house, most guests ask one of the three questions below. If yours is not answered here, the form above reaches the office directly and a person, not an automated system, will write back within one business day.
Yes. Counter seats are released nightly, and a small open-lantern board at the door shows what is free. Weekends and tasting launches fill early, so the house recommends booking the bar for Friday and Saturday evenings.
The kitchen takes allergies seriously and will share ingredient details for any dish on request. The house is a single working kitchen, so guests with severe allergies should mention them at booking and again before eating. Plant-based broths are prepared with care but share the kitchen with wheat, soy, sesame, egg, shellfish, fish, and tree nuts.
Chef tables and ticketed tastings are best booked two to four weeks ahead, and private studio events four to six weeks ahead so the garden plan and the staffing can be arranged. Send your date and party size through the form above and the house replies with a written plan and deposit terms.
